To register your organization for a Services Account, we will ask you to provide the following:
- Your organization name, team size, currency, logo (optional), preferred settings, team member’s email and role.

Please note we work with Service Providers (as defined below) to handle payment transactions. We do not collect or maintain your credit card or other financial account information; this information is handled for us by our Service Providers. - Screenshots: Periodic screenshots of your active desktop to provide visual tracking of your work.
- Applications and Tasks: The application captures data on which programs and tasks are currently being worked on, including specific details such as the application name, process path, window ID, position, and process ID. This information helps identify app usage and the specific tasks users are engaged in.
- Web URLs: Records the websites visited while using the desktop application.
- Active Time and Duration: Tracks the total active time and periods of usage on your device.
- Operating System: Logs details of the operating system in use (e.g., macOS, Windows, Linux).
- Input Device Status: Checks the status of connected input devices (e.g., if the mouse is moving).
- Project or Task Names: Captures the names of projects or tasks you are working on.
- Time Spent: Logs the duration of time spent on each project or task.
- Browser Information: Records the version of the browser being used.
- Keyboard Activity Status: Tracks whether the keyboard is being actively used without recording specific keystrokes.
- System Details: Logs detailed system information, including the platform you are using, hostname, home folder path, total and available disk space, memory (total and free), CPU details, as well as the device's serial number and other unique system identifiers for audit and analysis.
Note: The Productiviti platform does not record or store keystrokes. It simply logs whether or not the keyboard is in use. No keystrokes are uploaded or stored, even locally on your machine.
We track the total seconds of "activity" and "work" within a defined time interval (e.g., every 10 minutes).These logs are securely uploaded using secured API
Customer Traffic Patterns:
We monitor customer traffic patterns to better understand how users interact with our Platform and other associated websites. This data helps us analyze trends, optimize the performance of our Services, and enhance user experience. By observing these patterns, we can identify popular content, improve website navigation, and tailor our offerings to meet user needs more effectively.
